A Week of Successes and Surprises
Lots of little things happening this week writing-wise. I am possibly embarking on an interesting collaborative promotion with a very gifted artist, I have finalised and returned the contract for my horror story 'Press Ganger' to be published in the Weird Ales anthology (watch this space for more news...) I have been asked to write a poem for a local MS organisation, I wrote and had two poems read at the inauguration of the new Town Mayor last night, and I have just had another reviewer accept The Mill Owner's Son for review! When I look back over this last week I realise that, despite all the stresses (and there have been many) it has actually been a productive and successful week. I feel very fortunate just now. Here's to more good things to come - not just for me but for all of us. The little things really do mean such a lot.
